Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer
  • Ninja Blender
  • Silicone Cups
Blueberry Muffins Ingredients:
  • 165 g rolled oats
  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 240 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • ½ Tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 50 blueberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel and chop your banana into thirds and load everything but the blueberries into the blender.
  2. Blend until you have a creamy batter and there are no banana lumps.
  3. Pour the muffin batter into your silicone cups and place in the air fryer.
  4. Add about 4 blueberries into the batter so that they are submerged and then add another 3-4 on top.
  5. Air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f and allow to cool before serving.

Notes

  • Swaps. You can swap blueberries for any other berry fruit. Though if you are swapping make sure its cut to the same size.
