- Air Fryer Cake Pan
- Hand mixer
Air Fryer Box Cake Ingredients:
- 1 box cake mix vanilla or chocolate
Chocolate Box Cake Mix:
- 100 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 250 ml skimmed milk
- 3 large eggs
Vanilla Box Cake Mix:
- 3 large eggs
- 75 g butter
- 100 ml coconut milk
Instructions
- Add your box cake mix into a bowl and load in your other ingredients.
- Using a hand mixer, thoroughly mix your ingredients until you have a cake batter. Watch for kids stealing the batter!
- Load your cake batter into a floured cake pan.
- Air fry for 20 minutes at 150c/300f. Or if making chocolate cake adjust and cook for the last 5 minutes at 160c/320f.
- Allow to cool and serve. Add icing to the top if that’s your thing.

Notes
- Non-stick. I recommend flouring the bottom and sides of your air fryer cake pan, prior to loading up the cake batter.
- Mix + Match. Vanilla and chocolate box cakes are just examples. You could use any or even make into little cupcakes in your air fryer.
