Ingredients

  • 1 pound brat links , in casing
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper , sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper , sliced
  • 4 Hoagie rolls

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat air fryer to 365 degrees and spray the basket with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Cook brats for 7 minutes.
  3. Flip, spray with vegetable oil spray and cook an additional 7 minutes.
  4. Remove from the basket, tent with foil.
  5. Toss oil, salt, black pepper and bell peppers, then add to basket.
  6. Cook for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove peppers and place with the brats.
  8. Add hoagie rolls to basket and cook for 2 minutes.
  9. Stuff roll with bratwurst link and peppers and serve.
