Breakfast Hash Ingredients:
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 medium white onion
- 6 Medium Sausages
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp basil
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Peel and dice your potatoes and onions and load into a mixing bowl. Add basil, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil and mix with your hands.
- Load the potatoes and onions into the air fryer. Cut your sausages into quarters and place over the potatoes and onions.
- Air fry for 15 minutes on 160c/320f.
- When the air fryer beeps, shake the air fryer, then cook for a final 3 minutes at 180c/360f before serving.

Notes
- Swaps. You can also swap the seasonings, and swap which sausages you use. You can also add in sliced peppers, mushrooms, or any of your other favourite breakfast hash ingredients.
