Ingredients
- 375 g (13oz) puff pastry sheet , ready-rolled
- 1 small egg , lightly beaten
- 100 g (3 ½ oz) whole cranberry sauce
- 200 g (7oz) brie , cut into small squares
- sprig rosemary or fresh thyme , to garnish
Instructions
- Take the puff pastry out of the fridge to come to room temperature for a few minutes.
- Unroll the pastry, keeping it on the paper it came rolled into. Use a pizza wheel or sharp knife to cut the pastry into squares (12 large or 24 smaller squares).
- Mist the muffin tray with cake release or oil spray. Place a puff pastry square in each hole, lightly flattening the middle with your fingertips. Brush with the beaten egg.
- Place a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the pastry and top with a cube of brie.
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) and bake, in batches, for about 8 minutes or until the puff pastry is puffed and golden and the cheese has melted.
- Rest for a minute then use tongs to remove from the muffin tray. Repeat with the remaining pastry.
- Serve warm, garnished with a sprig or rosemary or some fresh thyme.
