Ingredients

  • 12 ounces broccoli cut into small, even pieces, fresh florets
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • lemon optional garnish, fresh, sliced
  • Parmesan Cheese optional garnish, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer basket, spreading it out evenly. Cook at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately, with optional squeeze of fresh lemon juice or grated Parmesan cheese.
