Ingredients
- 4 cups pineapple sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl add the sliced pineapple.
- In a small bowl combine the brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.
- Toss the pineapple in the mixture. Lay in a single layer in the bottom of an air fryer basket.
- Cook at 390 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden on the edges.
