Perfectly crispy and made with only 3 ingredients, these EASY Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts are the perfect side dish for any meal or holiday!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts , trimmed*
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • coarse sea salt

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 370°-380°F degrees.
  2. Toss the Brussels Sprouts in the olive oil to coat, using the least possible amount.
  3. Transfer the sprouts to the Air Fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 13 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Remove and serve with your favorite sauce or seasoning.

  • 1 inch or smaller- leave whole
  • 1 inch diameter- cut in half
