Air-Fryer Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings preferably organic
- 1/2 tablespoon salt adjust to taste, sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions
- Start by patting the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Sprinkle the wings with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Remember, the key to flavor is in the seasoning, so don't be shy!
- Give your air-fryer basket a light spritz of olive oil spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the wings in a single layer for even cooking. Set the air fryer to 380°F and cook the wings for 10 minutes.
