Air Fryer Buffalo Cualiflower

Delicious buffalo cauliflower made in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions

  1. Cut cauliflower into florets. Mix cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chili powder in a small bowl. 
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in oil and then in the cornstarch and seasoning mixture. 
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375F and place cauliflower on air fryer tray. Air fry cauliflower at 375F for 10 minutes tossing once halfway through.
  4. Heat butter and hot sauce in the microwave or on the stove top until evenly combined.
  5. Pour butter and hot sauce mixture over the cooked cauliflower. Toss in a mixing bowl until all of the florets are evenly coated. Air fry again at 375F for 3 more minutes. Serve immediately
