Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower florets
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees.
  2. In a zip top bag, combine the cauliflower, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and almond flour.
  3. Close the bag, shake until the cauliflower is coated.
  4. Cook the cauliflower for 5 minutes. Add in the buffalo sauce, shake the basket to coat and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and enjoy.
