- 2 lb (1kg) chicken wings
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
For the buffalo sauce
- ¾ cup hot sauce
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1-2 tsp honey to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken wings on a cutting board then pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix the spices together in a small bowl then sprinkle over the chicken wings, making sure both sides are covered.
- Transfer the wings to the air fryer basket in an single layer then air fry at 400°F/205°C for 15-20 minutes, turning over half way through, until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the buffalo sauce by combining the hot sauce, melted butter and a teaspoon of honey in a small saucepan and melting together over medium heat.
- Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl, pour over the buffalo sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve the wings with blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
