Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots, washed, peeled, and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the carrots, brown sugar, and olive oil. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Transfer the coated carrots to the basket of an air fryer. Fry the carrots at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  3. After the 15 minutes, toss the carrots and season them with the rosemary, salt, and pepper. Fry for 5 more minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the air fryer basket and serve immediately.
