Air Fryer Carrots

This easy recipe for Air Fryer Baby Carrots will help you prepare a quick, healthy side dish. Just carrots, olive oil, and seasonings!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • fresh Rosemary for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place carrots on a cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees. Add carrots to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 12 minutes, giving the basket a good shake halfway through cooking. Carrots should be fork tender but still have a little bite.

Notes

  • Cook times may vary between air fryers and air fryer sizes. Check a few times during cooking to make sure you don't overcook. 
  • Try garnishing these carrots with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. 
  • This is a great option if you are looking for a gluten-free side dish.
