Ingredients

  • 1 pound cauliflower (about 1 small head)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sweet or spicy paprika (see note)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Trim the cauliflower head and cut it into florets. Place the florets into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the olive oil and seasonings together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the seasoned oil over the cauliflower and shake the bowl to coat the cauliflower.
  4. Pour the cauliflower into the air fryer basket and spread out so it's in an even layer. Cook at 400 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time.
  5. Use tongs to transfer the cauliflower to a serving bowl. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Cooking time depends on your air fryer, on how big you cut the florets and on how soft you like your cauliflower. After ten minutes of cooking, keep going in 2-minute increments and check so the cauliflower doesn't burn. After the first time you will know how your air fryer works with cauliflower.
