Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets, head
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika sweet
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- feta cheese optional
- parsley chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and chopped parsley .
- Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the florets; they should be tender with a slight bite.
- Remove from the air fryer and when are still hot mix in the crumbled feta and fresh parsley.
