Air-Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi
This Air-Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi is an easy, low-carb dinner option. A quick, gluten-free meal that is so versatile!
Ingredients
- 1 bag cauliflower gnocchi Trader Joe's brand
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Pre heat your air fryer to 400°F.
- If your gnocchi aren't thawed, spread them out on a plate and microwave for 1-2 minutes until completely thawed.
- Once thawed, spread the gnocchi in the air fryer basket, trying to leave space in between the pieces. Spray with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shake and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, depending on if you want them lightly golden or dark.
