Air Fryer Cherry Tomato Salad Recipe Ingredients:
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp dried basil
- salt & pepper
- 200 g mozzarella cheese balls optional
- fresh basil optional
Instructions
- Cut in half about 70% of your cherry tomatoes. Load all the cherry tomatoes into a mixing bowl along with the dried basil and extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix well with your hands and load into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 160c/320f.
- Once warmed up load your air fryer cherry tomatoes into a salad bowl.
- Add in thinly shredded fresh basil and mini mozzarella cheese balls.
- Mix and serve or store into containers for later.

Notes
- This cherry tomato salad is enough for 3-4 people. If feeding a crowd, I recommend multiplying.
- I like to keep some cherry tomatoes whole and some halved. Its personal choice if you want to cut all your cherry tomatoes or not.
