Notes

  • Tips for Making Fried Rice in the Air Fryer
  • You can easily make this fried rice with turkey or pork instead of chicken, or skip the meat all together.
  • Use any combination of veggies you like! I used sweet corn and peas, but try it with whatever you have available. Broccoli, string beans and diced bell peppers are all good options.
  • For those not following a gluten-free diet, feel free to use regular soy sauce instead of tamari.
  • Making this for the kiddoes, or anyone who doesn’t like heat? You can omit the chili sauce.
  • If you don't mix the fried rice during cooking, you will end up with crunchy rice on top (which I happen to quite like!).
  • What To Serve With Air Fryer Fried Rice
  • Orange Chicken.
  • Chinese Five Spice Pulled Pork.
  • Instant Pot Chicken Wings.
