Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan is delicious and healthier than the traditionally fried version. This meal is done in less than 15 minutes, and the chicken is moist and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast (this was 2 LARGE breasts for me)
- 1 large egg (you may need 2 if you have more chicken)
- ¼ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- ¾ cup panko Japanese breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- Oil spray
- 4 TBS marinara sauce
- ¼ cup part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
- chopped parsley if desired
Notes
- Nutrition per serving (*4 servings per recipe): 525 calories, 14g fat, 18g carbohydrates, 1g fiber, 2g sugar, 78g protein.
- *The recipe calls for 2lbs of chicken which means each serving is ½ pound/8 ounces of chicken. You could easily reduce this portion in half to save more calories etc. I kept the recipe with an 8 ounce portion because it's more realistic in my opinion.
