Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • melted butter for serving (optional)
  • grated Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
  • freshly chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to coat evenly; marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Place the chicken skewers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Once cooked, brush with optional melted butter and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley.
