Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in and skin on chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and massage the seasoning into the entire thigh to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Place chicken in the air fryer with the skin-side on the bottom, and cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees and the skin is brown and crispy.
  5. Take out of the air fryer and serve!
