Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Beef/Ground Beef
- 1 400 g Chilli Sauce Jar
- 1 medium carrot
- ½ white onion
- 1 400 g can drained kidney beans
- 1 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp mixed herbs
- 1 Tsp cayenne pepper optional
- 1 Tsp smoked paprika
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Place the mince into the air fryer basket and spread it out. Peel and dice the carrot and onion and add it over the mince. Air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f, stir and then cook for another 3 minutes at the same temperature.
- Then stir the mince again before transferring it into a deep silicone container.
- Then add to the silicone everything else and give it a good stir.
- Place the silicone pan carefully back into the air fryer basket and air fry for a further 8 minutes at 180c/360f. Then check that it is piping hot before serving.

Notes
- Heat. We all like our chilli con carne at a different heat level. If you are making it for something mild to share with the kids for dinner, then I recommend keeping out the cayenne pepper. Or if you like a hint just start with a pinch, then mix it and do a taste test.
