Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob shucked
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- butter for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the corn on the cob and rub to coat evenly. Sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
- Cook in the air fryer at 380 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until the corn is cooked with some charring.
- Remove from the air fryer and top with butter, if desired.
