Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the cob shucked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • butter for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees F.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil over the corn on the cob and rub to coat evenly. Sprinkle all over with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook in the air fryer at 380 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, or until the corn is cooked with some charring.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and top with butter, if desired.
