Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn shucked and cleaned
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place the corn in the basket of the air fryer. Rub the olive oil evenly on the corn. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  2. Cook in the air fryer at 370 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until tender. Rotate half way through cooking.
  3. Depending on the size of your Air Fryer basket you may need to do this in batches.

Notes

  • When picking out fresh corn, pick ears that have husks that are green and not dried out or yellowed. They should be wrapped tightly around the corn.
  • If you use frozen corn on the cob you don’t need to thaw it first. The cooking time will be a little less since it’s briefly par-cooked before it’s frozen. Just check on it and once it’s hot and juicy it’s ready!
  • Depending on the size of your air fryer basket you may need to cook your corn in batches.
  • Store leftover air fryer corn on the cob in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for several days and you can reheat it in the microwave.
