Ingredients
- 5 lb corned beef brisket
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar -
- ⅓ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 pickling seasoning packet with corned beef brisket
Instructions
- Gather the ingredients to make this recipe.
- Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees and line the basket with a large piece of foil.
- Remove the brisket from the packaging and set the pickling seasoning packet aside.
- In a medium bowl combine the apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder.
- Place the brisket into the foil lined basket.
- Pour the mixture over top of the brisket, making sure to fully cover it.
- Open the seasoning packet and sprinkle that over the top of the brisket evenly.
- Place brisket into the air fryer and set the timer for 40 minutes.
- When timer goes off check brisket. Use a spoon to collect the juices at the bottom of the foil spooning them on top of the meat. You can use a teaspoon or two of water if needed.
- Set timer for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- When done, check temperature of the meat using a meat thermometer. The internal temp should be at 145 degrees. If it's ready remove from the air fryer. If not, continue cooking in short intervals until ready.
- Allow the meat to rest for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Then slice brisket against the grain for tender results!
- Serve it up with your favorite sides!
- Enjoy every bite!

Notes
- Tips:
- Storage:
- Store any leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 2-3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- We have a list of sides that go with corned beef and cabbage and yes, I know what you're thinking...this recipe doesn't contain cabbage. Well, I know that but the sides are so darn delicious that I had to include it in this post.
- This meal would pair absolutely perfectly with a side dish. What to Serve With Beef Bourguignon will show you many sides that will make this meal even better than before.
- For perfectly juicy slices of meat keep adding liquid as needed while the meat cooks.
- Cut the meat across the grain for the most tender results.
- After cooking, let the meat sit before slicing into it.
- Choose a piece of brisket that will fit in your air fryer. Smaller air fryers may make it difficult to cook even the smallest brisket and may require cutting it into smaller portions.
