Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread (sourdough, Italian, white)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or kosher salt to taste)
Instructions
- Slice bread into one-inch cubes. Add to a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until coated.
- Add Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Toss to coat.
- Add half of the coated bread cubes to the air fryer basket. Spread them out in an even layer making sure the croutons aren't overlapping.
- Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-7 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket to toss the croutons around. This will help the croutons cook on both sides.
- Continue to cook if needed to crisp to desired crunch! Enjoy on your favorite salad!
