Air Fryer Croutons

These quick and easy air fryer croutons will give your salads and recipes that "wow" factor! A fresh loaf of bread cubed, seasoned, and air fried to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (sourdough, Italian, white)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasonings
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (or kosher salt to taste)

Instructions

  1. Slice bread into one-inch cubes. Add to a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss until coated.
  2. Add Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and garlic salt. Toss to coat.
  3. Add half of the coated bread cubes to the air fryer basket. Spread them out in an even layer making sure the croutons aren't overlapping.
  4. Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 6-7 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, shake the basket to toss the croutons around. This will help the croutons cook on both sides.
  5. Continue to cook if needed to crisp to desired crunch! Enjoy on your favorite salad!
