Cooking air fryer frozen dumplings makes them super crispy on the outside, as opposed to usual steaming.It has never been so easy to cook dumplings, all thanks to the air fryer!

Ingredients
- Frozen or homemade Potstickers
- vegetable oil spray to coat the dumplings
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer for 2 minutes at 365°F. This help to have evenly-cooked dumplings.
- NO need to thaw dumplings.
- Place dumplings in the basket of the air fryer being careful not to overlap them.
- Drizzle with olive oil, be sure to completely coat the dumplings with oil so as not to risk the dumpling becoming dry and hard on the outside.
- Cook for 6 minutes at 365°F and then turn the Potstickers over and cook for another 3 minutes. In total 8-10 minutes.
- When they have reached the desired crispness and golden brown serve them hot with soy sauce.

Notes
- Cook in just a single layer.
- Make sure you spread the oil all over the surface of the Potstickers , so as not to risk it becoming hard and not crispy.
- Do not thaw dumplings before cooking them in the air fryer.
- Always check during cooking. Cooking time depends on the size of the Potstickers and the different brands of air fryer.
- Use cooking spray, you can use avocado oil spray or olive oil.
