Air Fryer Eggnog Cookies

These soft and chewy Eggnog Cookies are so easy to make in the air fryer! They only take a few minutes to "bake" and turn out perfect every time!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups unsalted butter softened (1 1/2 sticks)
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup eggnog
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In bowl of a stand mixer, cream butter and sugar.
  3. Mix in the egg yolks, eggnog, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually pour the dry ingredients into bowl of wet ingredients, mixing as you go, until fully incorporated.
  5. Portion out dough into 16 equal balls. Place 4 balls on a sheet of parchment paper in air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes. Repeat in batches until all dough is cooked.
