Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer
Filipino Pork Barbecue Ingredients:
  • 400 g pork cubes
  • 250 ml Filipino Barbecue Marinade

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Load your cubed pork onto a sheet of silver foil. Add your Filipino barbecue marinade and seal into a foil packet dinner shape.
  2. Give it a shake so that the marinade has a chance to spread over the pork cubes.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight to marinade.
  4. The next day open your silver foil packet and place your pork cubes onto sticks.
  5. Place the barbecue pork on sticks back into the silver foil, seal it up and load the packet into the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 20 minutes at 180c/360f.
  7. Loosen the silver foil so that it is like a cooking tray rather than tightly wrapped and cook for a further 12 minutes at the same temperature.
  8. Eat on sticks and enjoy!

Notes

  • Because the barbecue pork cooks on sticks in silver foil it makes the cook time longer. But it also makes prep easier and means no washing up, so I don’t mind the cook time.
  • You can swap this Filipino barbecue marinade for any other sticky barbecue marinade or sauce.
