Ingredients

  • 1 pound fingerling potatoes halved lengthwise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss the halved fingerling potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
