Ingredients
- 1 pounds fingerling potatoes about 10
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then cut them in half lengthwise.
- Put them in a medium bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
- Sprinkle on the salt, ground pepper, and parmesan cheese.
- Air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes. Then take the basket out and flip them over.
- Air fry for another 5-8 minutes until they are browned and crispy on the outside.
