Air Fryer Fingerling Potatoes Recipe

These air fryer fingerling potatoes are simple to make and delicious! They are crispy outside, creamy inside, and rich in flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pounds fingerling potatoes about 10
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Scrub potatoes and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then cut them in half lengthwise.
  2. Put them in a medium bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle on the salt, ground pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  4. Air fry at 400 F for 8 minutes. Then take the basket out and flip them over.
  5. Air fry for another 5-8 minutes until they are browned and crispy on the outside.

  • Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with fresh parsley, thyme, or rosemary.
