Air Fryer Fish
This tasty recipe proves you don’t need grease to make your favorite Friday fish fry!
Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillet such as cod or tilapia, 6-ounce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets evenly.
- Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
- Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
