Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillet such as cod or tilapia, 6-ounce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the spice mixture onto both sides of the fish fillets evenly.
  5. Place the seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap.
  6. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
