Ingredients

  • 4 flounder fillets 4 to 6 oz each, skinless
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 4 Lemon wedges

Instructions

  1. Pat the flounder fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with kosher salt and black pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the flounder fillets.
  4. Place the seasoned flounder fillets in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 360°F for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily. Top each fillet with a lemon wedge and sprinkle some fresh parsley on top.
