Air fryer French Fries (Super Crispy in 15 Minutes!)

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium Russet potatoes (or Yukon)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning (optional)
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 375F. Wash potatoes and cut into 1/4'' fries.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, olive oil, and seasoning.
  3. Transfer into the pre-heated air fryer and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until desired crispiness is achieved.
  4. Serve immediately with Spicy Mayo or your favorite dipping sauce.
