Air Fryer French Toast

Ingredients
- 8 thick slices of brioche bread
- 6 eggs
- ⅓ cup cream
- pinch of salt
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Line the basket of your air fryer with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, honey and a pinch of salt.
- Using a sharp bread knife, slice the bread into thick fingers or slices.
- Place a few pieces of bread into the custard at a time and allow to soak for a few seconds.
- Remove the bread from the custard and place into the lined air fryer basket.
- Spray with oil then air fry for 4-5 minutes at 205°C/400°F, flipping over halfway through cooking, until golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Remove then dust with powdered sugar, drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
