Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 4 ounces breakfast sausage fully cooked and crumbled
  • 4 egg lightly beaten, large
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded, blend
  • 1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded, blend
  • 2 tablespoons red bell pepper diced
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F. Lightly coat a 6x2-inch cake pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the crumbled sausage, beaten eggs, cheese blend, diced bell pepper, chopped green onion, and cayenne pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the egg mixture into the greased cake pan, spreading it evenly.
  4. Place the cake pan in the air fryer and cook for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
