Ingredients

  • 1 package (530g) frozen fish sticks
  • 1 pritz olive oil or calorie-controlled cooking spray

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400F / 204C and lightly spray the basket with oil
  2. Take frozen fish sticks out of the package and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your ar fryer.
  3. Cook for approximately 7-10 minutes, until internal temperature has reached 165F / 74C.
  4. Remove fish sticks from air fryer and serve.

Notes

  • Do not defrost the fish sticks. Go directly from the freezer to the air fryer.
  • If your fish is dry after cooking, squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the fillets. It adds moisture and flavor.
  • Your first batch will be sort of a test run. Adjust time and temperature based on the size of your favorite frozen fish fillets.
  • Flip the fish halfway through cooking. This will help them to cook all the way through and be crispy on both sides.
  • If your air fryer is small, you may need to cook in batches.
  • Store - leftovers can be stored in the fridge but should be consumed within 2 days.
  • There are 7 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
