Ingredients

  • 12 ounces (340g) frozen carrots
  • 12 ounces (340g) frozen green beans
  • oil or calorie-controlled cooking spray
  • garlic salt to taste
  • dry seasoning optional and to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat Air fryer to 400F / 200C.
  2. Mix frozen beans or frozen carrots with oil and garlic salt and place them into the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry for 8-11 minutes or until sizzling turning halfway through.
  4. If you want them browned you can air fry for a couple more minutes.

Notes

  • Cooking frozen vegetables at a higher heat reduces the chance of them going soggy.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer so the vegetables cook evenly.
  • It is better to spray oil on them for even coverage rather than drizzling.
  • If using an oven-style Air Fryer, try and use the middle tray as the top tray would cook quicker and the lower tray will cook slower.
  • If your air fryer is small you may need to cook in batches.
  • If you replace the oil with calorie-controlled cooking spray, there are 0 WW Blue Plan SmartPoints in one serving.
