Ingredients
- 4 ears sweet corn
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- fresh parsley
Instructions
- Husk the corn and cut it if needed to fit in the air fryer basket.
- Spread the butter over the corn kernels.
- Sprinkle the sweet corn with the salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Put the corn in the air fry basket and cook at 400 degrees F for 10 minutes. Flip it once halfway through the cooking time.
- Put the grated Parmesan on a plate and roll the corn ears in the cheese.
- Serve with parsley or chives.

Notes
- You can use frozen corn. Just add a couple of extra minutes to the cooking time. It's not as good as fresh corn, but it is still delicious.
- Use a teaspoon of garlic powder instead of the garlic cloves if you prefer.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer. Overcrowding the air fryer basket makes it work harder and not cook as well.
