Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breast about 150g/5.25oz per breast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 0.5 lemon juice and zest only
- 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon Liquid dill
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Instructions
- Put the chicken breast into a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
- Cook at 180°C/350°F for 18-20 minutes, flipping over halfway through.

Notes
- Make sure to keep an eye on the chicken in your air fryer, as they all cook at different rates and you don't want to overcook it and have dry chicken.
- Don't leave the chicken breast to rest in the air fryer after the cooking time has finished, otherwise they will continue cooking.
- Chicken breast sizes can vary greatly, so cooking times will vary too. Try to use chicken breasts that are the same size so they cook at the same rate.
- If you want this to cook a bit quicker, then instead of cooking whole chicken breasts, you can dice them up and mix them with the marinade and then cook them. This will take about 12-14 minutes to cook.
