Air Fryer Green Beans

Tender crisp, lemony air fryer green beans. They're flavourful, so simple to prepare, and ready in 15 minutes or less.

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces (400 grams) green beans ends trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste
Optional Garnish
  • 1-2 tablespoons Vegan Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends of your green beans and place them in a medium mixing bowl. Add the lemon juice and seasoning and mix to evenly coat the beans.
  2. Place them in your basket and air fry at 380 degrees F (193 degrees C) for 8-12 minutes, until golden brown. Mix halfway through cooking.
  3. Remove the green beans from the fryer and sprinkle with the optional parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy.

Notes

  • Quick tip for trimming your green beans. Line up several at a time and trim the ends, then rotate and trim the other side. It's much faster than trimming one bean at a time.
