Ingredients
- 12-16 oz. green beans ends trimmed
- 1 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- ½ - ¾ tsp. salt to taste
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- lemon zest and juice, optional
Instructions
- Preheat a 6-quart air fryer to 375-380 degrees for at least 3 minutes.
- Trim the ends from the green beans if they haven’t already been prepared.
- Whisk together the oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add the beans and toss until they’re well coated.
- Add the beans to the air fryer basket and spread them out along the bottom.
- Cook for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until they’re bright green and fork tender.
- Serve with lemon zest and juice. Enjoy!
