Ingredients

- Air Fryer
- kebab skewers
Air Fryer Grilled Chicken Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 Tsp Garlic puree
- 1 large lemon juice and rind
- 2 Tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tsp thyme
- 2 Tsp oregano
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Dice the chicken into medium size kebab chunks.
- Load into a mixing bowl all ingredients and mix well with your hands.
- Cover with cling film and marinade in the fridge for a couple of hours.
- Load onto kebab skewers and place into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes at 190c/375f and serve.

Notes
- You can also use cubed pork, shrimp or turkey instead of chicken.
- Garlic that has been minced or pureed works best as it sticks to the chicken and gives it that wonderful garlic and lemon balance.
