Air Fryer Gyoza
Gyoza is always our go-to for a quick and easy meal or snack. Cooked from frozen in the air fryer, this is the only way we cook gyoza now.

Ingredients
- 12 gyoza
- 12 pump Spray oil
Instructions
- Put the gyoza into the air fryer in a single layer. Spray with oil. Set air fryer to 190°C/375℉ and cook for 6 minutes.
- Turn each gyoza and cook for a further 2-6 minutes, until cooked to your liking.
- Serve with a dipping sauce.

Notes
- The nutritional information is based on 12 chicken gyoza. This will differ depending on the gyoza you use.
- If you make the gyoza yourself or have left the frozen ones to thaw, then you will need to reduce the cooking time by a couple of minutes.
- Don't overload your air fryer. Make sure that the gyoza have some space between them and nothing is stacked on top of each other.
- This recipe is based on the air fryer we have used and mentioned above. Using a different air fryer may mean that cooking times vary.
- Empty out any grease from your air fryer before cooking another batch.
- Don't forget to spray them with oil, otherwise they will be too dry and crispy. You want them to still have a bit of chewiness to them.
