Air Fryer Halloumi Gyros
The ultimate halloumi gyros. Made in the air fryer and loaded with halloumi and chips along with a quick prep Greek dip.

Ingredients
- 225 g halloumi
- 50 g Leftover Air Fryer Chips
- 6 WW Wraps
- 10 g Sliced Cumber
- 10 g halved cherry tomatoes
Greek Dip
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 Lemon
- 10 g cucumber sliced 1/4 Medium Cucumber
- 1 Tsp Garlic puree
- 6 Tbsp Greek yoghurt

Instructions
- Slice your halloumi into 6 portions and place in the air fryer. Air fry for 5 minutes at 180c/360f.
- When the air fryer beeps add the chips to one side and cook for a further 2 minutes on the same temperature.
- When the air fryer is cooking the halloumi add all the dip ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
- When the air fryer beeps add a slice of halloumi, some chips, sliced cucumber and tomato and dip to a wrap and serve. Rinse and repeat for all 6 wraps.

Notes
- Make Ahead. You can also make ahead your halloumi gyro ingredients and then just air fry them when you are ready.
- Flimsy. Note that halloumi is rather flimsy and breaks really easy. That’s why I recommend being really gentle with it.
- Salt. Halloumi is high salt. I recommend not adding extra salt and pepper or seasoning to it.
