Air Fryer Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper ground
  • 4 Hamburger Bun

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with a fork to avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Shape the mixture into four 1/2-inch thick patties. Press a thumbprint in the center of each patty to prevent bulging during cooking.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Place the patties in the air fryer basket with space between them. Cook for 6 minutes, flip, and cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Add cheese in the last minute if desired.
  4. Serve the burgers on buns with your choice of toppings.
