Ingredients

  • 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
  • 4 burger buns
  • Toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Place the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix together the ingredients until fully combined. Form into 4 patties, about ¼ inch thick.
  2. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between each patty and air fry at 375°F for 5 minutes, until the internal temperature of the beef reaches 160°F.
  3. Serve on a bun and garnish with your favorite burger toppings (Coleslaw Recipe).
