Ingredients
- 1 pound Russet potatoes peeled and shredded

- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- First, spray your air fryer basket with olive oil spray. Place the shredded potatoes in the basket in an even layer. Pack them together.
- Spray the shredded potatoes with more nonstick spray. Sprinkle the sea salt, garlic powder, and black pepper all over.

- Finally, remove the hash browns from the air fryer and serve!
Cup of Yum
Notes
- If using frozen shredded potatoes, air fry on each side for 4 minutes or until crispy.
- To flip the hash browns, use a large spatula or cut into smaller pieces. They are not overly fragile, but they may split into smaller pieces.
- We love using 100% olive oil spray for this recipe. Coconut oil spray and avocado oil spray also work well.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
