Air Fryer Home Fries

Crispy and perfectly seasoned, these Air Fryer Home Fries will be a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ pounds Russet potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper or green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes (if desired) and cut into ½" chunks.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, seasoned salt & garlic powder.
  3. Add to the air fryer basket and cook at 380°F for 15 minutes.
  4. Combine onion, bell pepper and butter. Add to the air fryer, reduce heat to 340°F and cook an additional 15 minutes or until vegetables and potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Store leftover home fries in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days. 
  • To reheat, put in the microwave for a minute or two or place back in the air fryer for 5 minutes or until heated through.
